At Culligan Home, we specialise in providing high-quality water treatment solutions to residential customers across Ireland. Our offering includes filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and water softeners, helping households enjoy cleaner, safer, and better-tasting water. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven **General Manager** to lead our **Household (B2C) business in Ireland**.

This is a key leadership role with full accountability for **revenue growth, operational performance, customer experience, and people leadership**. Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Ireland Leadership Team, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering our growth strategy.

**What you'll be responsible for**

**Driving Commercial Performance**

-   Full ownership of revenue, margin, and cost control
-   Deliver growth across direct sales, telesales, digital, and partner channels
-   Increase customer value through upsell, cross-sell, and retention strategies

**Leading Customer & Growth Strategy**

-   Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and win-back
-   Improve customer experience across all touchpoints
-   Drive retention, reduce churn, and maximise lifetime value

**Operational Excellence**

-   Oversee field service, installation, and logistics operations
-   Drive efficiencies in routes, scheduling, and service delivery
-   Ensure high service standards, responsiveness, and cost control

**Sales & Marketing Leadership**

-   Lead B2C sales strategy across field, contact centre, and digital channels
-   Partner closely with marketing to optimise lead generation and conversion
-   Ensure strong pipeline management and performance discipline

**People Leadership**

-   Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team
-   Build capability, engagement, and accountability across a largely field-based workforce
-   Drive a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement

**Strategic Leadership**

-   Contribute to overall business strategy as part of the Ireland Leadership Team
-   Translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for the B2C business
-   Foster a “One Culligan” approach across teams and functions

## Requirements

-   Proven experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager, Commercial Director, Operations Director or similar)
-   Strong track record of delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and business scaling
-   Experience in a B2C environment (services, retail, utilities, or subscription-based models preferred)
-   Demonstrated ownership of P&L and commercial performance
-   Experience leading multi-functional teams (sales, operations, customer service, logistics)
