## Description

CURA of Watkins is seeking compassionate and attentive Home Care Aides to join our Garden View assisted living team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and personal care to clients in their homes, promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe environment, and offering companionship. **We have a few opportunities, including:**

Full-time days: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM,

Part-time Evenings: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Shift Differential +$2)

Part-time Nights: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift Differential +$3)

Wage starts at: $17.00 + Experience

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Assist clients with personal care tasks including dressing, grooming, and other daily tasks.
-   Support clients with medication administration as needed.
-   Help with light housekeeping.
-   Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to healthcare supervisors.
-   Provide companionship and emotional support.
-   Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
-   Adhere to safety and infection control standards.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in home care or similar roles is an advantage.
-   Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
-   Willingness to follow care plans and work independently.
-   Certification in Home Care or related field preferred but not required.
-   Reliable transportation for travel to client homes.
