**Looking for a nursing position where you can get to know your residents, work with a supportive team, and make a difference every shift?**

Cura of Willmar is looking for an **RN or LPN to join our day-shift nursing team!**

We are a **78-bed skilled nursing facility** providing both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our nurses have the opportunity to build relationships with residents, work closely with CNAs and other nursing staff, and be an important part of a team focused on providing great resident care.

What You'll Do

As an RN/LPN on our day shift, you'll help coordinate and provide care for residents throughout the day. Responsibilities include:

-   Administering medications and treatments
-   Completing assessments and monitoring residents for changes in condition
-   Communicating with providers, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
-   Providing guidance and support to CNAs and TMAs
-   Completing accurate and timely nursing documentation
-   Responding to changes in condition and resident needs
-   Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
-   Participating in shift report and ensuring important information is communicated to the nursing team
-   Helping create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our residents

## Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who

-   Holds a current Minnesota **RN or LPN license** in good standing
-   Is dependable and communicates well with residents, families, and coworkers
-   Can prioritize and stay organized during a busy shift
-   Enjoys working as part of a team
-   Provides compassionate, resident-centered care
-   Has or can obtain required CPR certification

**New to skilled nursing? That's okay.** Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is helpful, but it is not required.
