## Description

Cura Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is dedicated to serving our senior community! There is full time and part time positions available with an every other weekend requirement. This vital role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting the healthcare team to ensure excellent outcomes during weekend shifts. ### Responsibilities:

-   Provide direct nursing care to patients on the floor, providing support, education, medications and treatments.
-   Assess patients' health status, monitor vital signs, and promptly report changes or concerns to supervisors as appropriate.
-   Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
-   Document patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
-   Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
-   Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
-   Encourage and empower NAR staff in their work with residents and ADLs as the shift leaders on the floor.

## Requirements

-   Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
-   Completion of an accredited nursing program.
-   Previous clinical experience preferred.
-   Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Reliability to work every other weekend as required.
-   Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
