As Director of Nursing, you will play a central leadership role in guiding nursing operations and helping ensure excellent clinical care across the facility. This role is well suited to a nursing leader who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and who can work closely with clinical partners to support quality outcomes for residents.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and oversee all nursing department operations and clinical care standards.
-   Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nursing regulations.
-   Manage nurse staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance development.
-   Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
-   Track quality outcomes and drive continuous improvement across nursing services.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
-   Current RN license.
-   Experience working with physicians, interdisciplinary care teams, and in family or resident care discussions.
-   Eligibility to work in the United States.
-   Availability for on-call duties.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in nursing leadership within skilled nursing care.
-   2 years of experience as an RN leading nursing staff in a formal people-management capacity.
-   Proficiency with clinical documentation systems such as PointClickCare.
