## Description

Cura of Willmar is looking for a dependable and friendly **AM Dietary Aide** to join our Dining Services team.

Cura of Willmar is a **78-bed skilled nursing community**, and our Dietary team plays an important role in making sure residents start their day with a great breakfast and have an enjoyable dining experience throughout the morning and lunch service.

What You'll Do

As an AM Dietary Aide, you'll help with breakfast and lunch service while keeping our kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and ready for the next meal.

Your day may include:

-   Setting up and preparing for breakfast and lunch service
-   Preparing and serving resident meals
-   Preparing resident trays according to diet cards
-   Making sure residents receive the correct foods, beverages, and diet consistencies
-   Delivering and collecting resident meal trays
-   Helping with snacks and refreshments
-   Recording required food temperatures
-   Maintaining proper hot and cold food temperatures
-   Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
-   Cleaning and sanitizing counters, equipment, and work areas
-   Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors
-   Restocking food and supplies
-   Helping prepare the kitchen for the next meal and shift
-   Communicating with nursing staff regarding resident meal needs
-   Providing friendly and respectful service to residents

## Requirements

-   Able to follow resident diet information and instructions carefully
