**Workplace:** remote

## Description

The mission of the Senior Director, Data & Analytics is to build the data foundation and analytical engine that powers every major decision at Curology — from how we acquire and retain patients to how we deliver personalized, science-backed care at scale. Reporting to \[TBD\] (with the reporting structure expected to evolve as the organization continues to grow), this role owns Curology's data infrastructure, architecture, and customer data platform, and leads a team spanning analytics, experimentation, and data science to turn subscriber and clinical data into decisions the business can act on.

Success in this role means using peripheral vision to connect data strategy to broader business outcomes across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Clinical, and Finance, and translating ambiguous business questions into rigorous, testable models. The Senior Director thinks in systems, governance, experimentation, and enterprise decision-making — balancing an ambitious data roadmap with sound judgment about what the business actually needs to trust and act on.
