## Description

We are seeking an Advanced Engineering Manufacturing Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch. This role partners with cross-functional teams to evaluate manufacturability, define production processes, support tooling and equipment decisions, and ensure new products are ready for scalable manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

·         Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI projects from tool kickoff through production release.

·         Evaluate manufacturability, product requirements, tooling, packaging, automation, equipment, labor needs, and process capability.

·         Develop cost estimates and quote inputs for labor, tooling, packaging, automation, machinery, and manufacturing processes.

·         Define, qualify, and validate new manufacturing equipment and processes, including PFMEA, IQ, OQ, and PQ support.

·         Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, project records, and production handoff documentation.

·         Support production launch through operator training, launch metric monitoring, and transition to ongoing operations.

·         Prepare and evaluate RFQ packages for packaging, automation, and post-processing equipment.

·         Manage project scope, action items, due dates, and communication throughout development and launch.

## Requirements

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.

·         4+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or new product launch experience preferred.

·         Experience with injection molding and/or blow molding preferred.

·         Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process validation preferred.

·         Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

·         Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

·         SolidWorks or similar CAD software

·         ERP systems

·         Adobe or related documentation tools
