Your efforts will help them gain deeper insights into the impact of their programs and improve the effectiveness of their governance processes. In this exciting placement, you will actively collaborate with the HEART Trust team to assess their current systems and implement practical, impactful solutions to strengthen their operations. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with their internal teams, contributing to meaningful change. Your support will be integral not only at the central office but also at their branch in Kingston, giving you a diverse and enriching experience. **As a volunteer, you will:** - Assist HEART Trust in carrying out a specialized needs analysis and SWOT assessment of their internal processes concerning operations and programming. - Contribute to enhancing existing operational procedures for tracking and reporting the institution’s performance. - Assist in the evaluation of programs to finalize monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reports and reviews. - Provide training to staff on accountable strategies for monitoring the effectiveness and impact of program monitoring and evaluation approaches. **Essential Qualifications:** - University degree in project management, monitoring, and evaluation **Essential Background:** - Experience collaborating with Senior Managers, implementing projects, and applying project management strategies. - Proven expertise in capacity building and organizational development. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. **What’s in it for YOU?
