## Description

We are looking for a **Data Quality & Control lead** to join our Resource Planning department.

**Your role**

Reporting to the Chief of Operation Excellence, you will ensure our best-in-class quality standards are applied at every step of our value chain, so our Insights team receives data it can trust.

You will lead a team of 30+ external Quality Control specialists, validators and translators across three markets: MEA, Americas and Europe. You will own resource planning, quality processes, reporting and continuous improvement for your territory.

**Key responsibilities:**

-   **Resource allocation:** Forecast operational volumes and ensure the right resources are in place to deliver missions on time, within budget and to our quality standards.
-   Assign and oversee validation and translation work in line with client requirements and project schedules set by Market Operations teams.
-   Recruit, onboard, certify and train internal and external resources in line with company budgets and rate cards.
-   Own the department budget, including timely resource payments, project reconciliation and continuous process optimization.
-   **Data quality & compliance:** Implement and maintain SOPs, data standards, checklists, guidelines and templates across our fieldwork value chain.
-   Set up KPIs, dashboards, triggers, contingency plans and quality checks to protect the quality and integrity of collected data.
-   Ensure compliance with the company's data privacy policy and resource rotation rules.
-   **Quality control:** Run rigorous, regular checks on team output, identify risks early and act quickly to resolve any quality issues.
-   Partner with Data Analytics, Insights, Commercial teams and Practices, including through calibration processes, to set teams up for success.
-   Deliver regular dashboards and quarterly reports on evaluator, translator and validation quality to internal and external stakeholders.
-   **People & partnership:** Engage, develop and retain a network of 30+ freelancers, fostering a strong commitment to quality throughout the year.
-   Work closely with Customer Relationship Managers on program deliverables, including planning, training, tracking and calibration.
-   **Impact:** Lead the resolution of data quality issues through process improvement and better data integration.
-   Introduce new tools, processes and best practices, and drive special projects and pilots, including AI-driven developments.
-   Support other departments in designing quality checks and contribute to cross-functional improvement task forces.

## Requirements

**What you bring**

-   2 to 5 years of experience in Data Quality, Quality Control, Compliance or Project Management roles.
-   Experience managing remote or offsite teams, ideally including freelancers.
-   Knowledge of research methods and statistical or data analysis, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-   Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a strong plus.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is appreciated.
-   Familiarity with the luxury and retail industries, and how data is defined and used in these sectors, is appreciated.
-   Highly organized, able to multitask and manage detailed, time-sensitive work.
-   The highest level of integrity, a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
