D ONE is a Data & AI consultancy with hubs in Zurich, Athens, and Munich. We help organisations turn data into decisions: pragmatically, transparently, and with real impact for our clients. We're looking for the person who keeps that heart beating.

As our Office & Events Manager, you make sure our office runs smoothly, our team has what it needs to do their best work, and our events, internal and client-facing, feel effortless to everyone who attends. You combine administrative precision with hospitality instinct, and you take ownership of the environment in which the company operates.

You report to our Head of Financial Management and work closely with the Head of Communications & Marketing as well as with the senior management.

## Requirements

**What you will do**

Events. You support the full lifecycle of our events, from monthly team meetings with apéro to co-hosted client events, an annual conference, and our summer event. Planning, logistics, vendor coordination, set-up and tear-down, and on-site management are all part of the role. During events themselves, you are the calm, capable presence who makes sure everything runs and everyone feels at ease.

Marketing & communications support. You support the operational side of our marketing and communications activities, from materials and campaign logistics to outreach coordination, helping our marketing rhythm run on time.

Administration & coordination. You are the operational hub of the company: mail and central inbox, document and signature workflows, the contact database, travel coordination, as well as ad hoc requests. You bring order to these flows and make them feel light to everyone else.

Office & workspace. You own how our Zurich office runs and how it feels. That means a workspace that's ready, well-stocked, and signals quality to every visitor.  You notice what needs attention and take ownership before small issues become visible. You manage external service providers, handle procurement end-to-end, and keep an eye on the things most people don't notice until they're missing.  

**What you bring**

A background that's prepared you to run things; a commercial apprenticeship (KV, Office Management), a degree in hospitality or event management, or comparable experience in a role where you were the person things ran through. 

What matters more than the credential is that you've already done work of this shape and know what good looks like.

You notice what others miss and act before being asked. You like bringing order to messy flows, and you're at ease in a digital, fast-moving environment where priorities shift. You take pride in finishing things cleanly and stay composed when several things need attention at once.

Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
