# Senior Data & AI Product Owner (Athens, Greece)

In this role you own the product side of our data & AI engagements. You function as the central link between business and the technical solution. You translate client ambition into a roadmap, a backlog, and shipped increments that people actually use. Based in our consulting hub in Athens, you work alongside engineers, data scientists, and client stakeholders to turn a broad mandate into a sequence of decisions.

**Your tasks will include:**

-   Owning the product vision, roadmap and backlog for one or more client data & AI products
-   Running discovery with business stakeholders and converting findings into prioritised, well-specified work
-   Making scope and sequencing calls under real constraints of budget, time, and data availability
-   Defining success metrics and tracking adoption after go-live, not only delivery
-   You play a key role in keeping a delivery team of five to ten people unblocked
-   Presenting progress, trade-offs and results to stakeholders and management
-   Occasionally traveling to Switzerland and internationally to meet clients and collaborate with our team at headquarters in Zurich

**What you bring:**

-   University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics or related fields.
-   At least 5 years of working experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable delivery-ownership role.
-   Track record of shipping data, analytics or AI products (data platforms, BI, ML services, GenAI applications).
-   Working fluency with modern data platforms (eg Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI) sufficient to challenge an engineering estimate and read a data model.
-   Comfort with SQL and with reasoning about pipelines, data quality, the ML lifecycle, and release strategies.
-   Experience with agile delivery and backlog management in a consulting or client-facing setting.
-   Down-to-earth and pragmatic result oriented attitude.
-   Excellent communication skills in English.
