We are looking for a SAP OTC Functional Expert to our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences.

! This role lasts initially until the end of September 2027 with expected extension, where only a freelance cooperation is available as form of cooperation.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Review and shape country and global business requirements.
-   Conduct Fit/Gap analysis and provide technical assessments.
-   Design standard and custom SAP solutions for the OTC area.
-   Prepare effort estimations and oversee solution delivery through to the business.
-   Create and review Functional Specifications for core LDC developments.
-   Develop and review OQ/PQ testing scripts and specifications.
-   Coordinate with deployment teams to ensure successful system readiness.
-   Act as the SPOC for the Customer Master Data team from the Commercial/OTC perspective.
-   Coordinate relevant project teams and ensure smooth solution transition.
-   Support cutover activities and data migration.
-   Contribute to deliverables across each project phase.
-   Provide hypercare support following deployment.

## Requirements

-   7+ years of SAP OTC functional experience, with strong S/4HANA transformation/implementation experience.
-   Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and Commercial business requirements.
-   Experience translating business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
-   Hands-on experience with Fit/Gap analysis and functional solution design.
-   Experience preparing and reviewing Functional Specifications.
-   Experience with OQ/PQ testing, including preparation, execution, and review of test scripts.
-   Experience supporting data migration and cutover activities in SAP projects.
-   Ability to act as a functional SPOC between Commercial/OTC stakeholders and Customer Master Data teams.
-   Experience coordinating with deployment and technical teams to ensure solution readiness.
-   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across country and global teams.
-   Ability to work in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment, from requirements through implementation and hypercare.
-   Experience providing post-go-live / hypercare support.
-   Fluent English and comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams.
-   Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
