## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Communications Manager** to support executive leadership by driving high-impact internal and external communications, strengthening corporate reputation, and ensuring clear, strategic messaging across the organization.

This role is ideal for a communications generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix environment and is comfortable partnering with senior leaders, managing multiple priorities, and delivering meaningful communication initiatives that align with business objectives.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Develop and deliver internal and executive communications for senior leadership.
-   Support the company's external communications, media relations, and corporate reputation.
-   Manage corporate social media channels and executive thought leadership initiatives.
-   Coordinate communication activities across multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests.
-   Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
-   Support communication planning, governance, and compliance with company standards.
-   Identify and help manage reputational risks and communication issues.
-   Work closely with leadership, Public Affairs, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Internal/External Communications.
-   Strong experience supporting senior leaders with executive communications.
-   Experience managing corporate communications, media relations, social media, and corporate reputation.
-   Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
-   Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-   Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
-   Candidates must declare criminal record extract not older than three months
