### Responsibilities:

-   Provide operational support for OT systems in lab and production
-   Support laboratory instruments and manufacturing equipment
-   Ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance (GxP)
-   Perform:

-   Incident resolution
-   Root cause analysis (RCA)
-   Change implementation (change control process)

-   Manage hardware/software lifecycle of OT assets
-   Coordinate procurement of OT-related equipment
-   Act as interface between:

-   Local lab/production users
-   Global IT teams
-   Vendors / equipment suppliers

-   Support validation and compliance activities (where required)
-   Maintain documentation aligned with regulated standards

## Requirements

-   OT / industrial IT experience (lab systems, manufacturing systems)
-   Understanding of GxP compliance
-   Experience with validation / regulated environments
-   Strong troubleshooting and vendor coordination
-   Knowledge of integrated IT/OT systems
-   IT support / Service Desk / Field Support experience
-   Flexible and team oriented person
-   Experienced working in multinational teams
-   Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
-   Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
