We are currently looking for a committed, flexible, and solutions-oriented professional to join us as an **IT Onsite Support Engineer** in **Beijing**. If you want to be part of a dynamic and international organization, we would love to hear from you!

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide first- and second-level support to internal users.
-   Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests.
-   Log and manage tickets in the incident system following ITIL-based processes.
-   Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment (hardware and software) as well as mobile devices and peripherals.
-   Perform standard software installations, updates, and patching of business applications.
-   Document processes, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles.
-   Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments.

## Requirements

-   Education in IT or a comparable qualification.
-   2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles.
-   Strong knowledge for analyzing and resolving user and system issues.
-   Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style.
-   Strong technical and organizational skills.

-   Service-minded, professional, and friendly attitude towards users.
-   Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a customer-focused manner.
-   Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments.
-   Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written.

-   Availability to work on site at the assigned location.
-   A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required.
