**Responsibilities**

-   Communicate professionally with customers via **chat, e-mail, and social media**
-   Provide **clear, friendly, and efficient** solutions to user issues
-   Share insights and suggestions to **improve internal support processes**

## Requirements

-   Are fluent in **Hungarian (C2)** and have **good English skills (B2)**
-   Enjoy helping others and handle challenges with a **positive, can-do attitude**
-   Are **comfortable with computer tools** (e.g. MS Office, web-based platforms)
-   Can explain **technical topics in a clear and simple way**
-   Bring experience in customer support (preferred, but not essential)
-   Have **completed secondary education with a diploma**
