### Tasks and Responsibilities

-   Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other relevant channels
-   Proactively search for candidates for IT and technical positions, including passive candidates
-   Review CVs and online profiles and assess candidates against the requirements of each position
-   Conduct initial screening conversations to understand candidates’ experience, skills, and availability
-   Contact candidates directly and introduce relevant career opportunities in a professional manner
-   Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment needs
-   Work closely with recruiter coordinators to understand open positions, priorities, and candidate requirements
-   Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity within the ATS
-   Monitor the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and identify opportunities to improve results
-   Stay informed about relevant recruitment tools, sourcing methods, and developments in the talent market

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a similar position
-   Experience sourcing candidates for IT or technical roles is an advantage
-   Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-   Professional and confident approach when contacting candidates
-   Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities effectively
-   Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
-   Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively with recruiters and colleagues
-   Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
-   Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
