We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Full-Stack Developer** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support our products and services. You’ll play a key role in building robust front-end and back-end solutions, enhancing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.  
  
**Position:** Full-Stack Developer

**Salary:** PHP 100,000 – PHP 180,000, depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end systems
-   Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
-   Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
-   Build and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services
-   Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
-   Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices
-   Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   2-3 years of proven experience in full-stack development
-   Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)
-   Experience with back-end development using server-side languages such as **Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or C#**, including building and consuming **RESTful or GraphQL APIs** and working with **relational or NoSQL databases** (e.g., **MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB**)
-   Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
-   Understanding of web security principles and performance optimization
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Good communication and collaboration skills
-   **Portfolio** is required.
