**OVERVIEW:**

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and technically savvy Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

Because we operate in a highly regulated, age-gated lifestyle and entertainment industry, this is not a standard social media role. Success in this position requires someone who deeply understands how social media algorithms work, knows how to maximize organic reach while navigating strict platform content restrictions, and can continually adapt as community guidelines evolve.

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in SEO, AI-powered content creation, and organic social media growth, with the ability to think strategically while executing daily marketing activities.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

### Social Media Growth

-   Plan, create and publish engaging content across:

-   Instagram
-   Facebook
-   TikTok

-   Post daily (often multiple times per day) to maximise organic reach.
-   Schedule and manage content calendars.
-   Monitor engagement and optimise posting times.
-   Build audience growth through organic strategies.
-   Respond to trends quickly and capitalise on viral opportunities.

### Algorithm & Platform Strategy

A critical part of this role is understanding how modern social media algorithms operate.

You will be expected to:

-   Stay ahead of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok algorithm changes.
-   Develop strategies that maximise visibility and engagement.
-   Minimise content suppression ("shadow banning") where possible.
-   Understand platform policies and work within them.
-   Continually test new content formats and posting strategies.
-   Analyse performance and adjust campaigns accordingly.

This role requires someone who enjoys experimenting, testing and improving—not simply scheduling posts.

### SEO & Website Marketing

-   Improve website search rankings.
-   Conduct keyword research.
-   Optimise website content.
-   Create SEO-friendly blog articles.
-   Monitor Google Search Console and Analytics.
-   Identify new organic traffic opportunities.

### AI Content Creation

The successful candidate should be highly competent with modern AI tools.

Responsibilities include:

Support outdoor digital advertising campaigns by:

### Reporting

## Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

### Essential

-   3+ years' experience in Digital Marketing.
-   Strong SEO knowledge.
-   Advanced Instagram knowledge.
-   Strong Facebook Business Suite experience.
-   Strong TikTok marketing experience.
-   Experience growing social media accounts organically.
-   Excellent understanding of social media algorithms.
