We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Digital Marketing Specialist** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, or services. You’ll play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads across digital channels.  
  
**Position:** Digital Marketing Specialist

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Responsibilities:**

-   Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engines, display ads, etc.).
-   Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
-   Conduct SEO and SEM strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
-   Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics to optimize strategies.
-   Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
-   Manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
-   Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
-   Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
-   Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-   At least 1 to 3 years proven experience in digital marketing or related field.
-   Must have digital marketing experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, or agencies.
-   Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
-   Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
-   Proficient in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic design is a plus.
-   Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
-   **PORTFOLIO** is required.
