**Position:** SENIOR JOINERY ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL JOINERY & INTERIOR FIT-OUT)

**Salary range**: Php 100,000/month _(The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)_

**Working Hours:** Following AU business hours

**Work set-up:** 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

**Holidays**: AU Holidays

As the business continues to strengthen its estimating and ERP-driven workflows, they are seeking an experienced **Senior Joinery Estimator** to play a key role in producing accurate, commercially sound estimates that support successful project delivery. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a process-driven environment, has strong commercial joinery estimating experience, and understands the importance of precision from tender preparation through production and installation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams while helping ensure every estimate contributes to efficient project execution and long-term business success.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates for commercial joinery and interior fit-out projects.
-   Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project scope and pricing requirements.
-   Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors while evaluating cost competitiveness.
-   Identify scope gaps, exclusions, assumptions, and commercial risks prior to tender submission.
-   Prepare complete and commercially sound tender submissions within required deadlines.
-   Accurately maintain estimating data within the company's ERP system to support downstream project execution.
-   Work closely with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to ensure estimate accuracy and project alignment.
-   Maintain organized documentation and estimating records for future reference and project tracking.
-   Contribute to continuous improvements in estimating processes, documentation quality, and workflow efficiency.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Joinery, Cabinetry, Millwork, or Commercial Fit-Out Estimator.
-   **Hands-on experience using Innergy ERP is required.**
-   Proven experience estimating commercial joinery, cabinetry, millwork, or interior fit-out projects.
-   Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
-   Experience working within structured estimating processes and ERP-based workflows.
-   Ability to independently manage multiple tenders while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
-   Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience using **Microvellum**.
-   Experience with **IMOS (HOMAG)** or similar joinery manufacturing software.
-   Background in AutoCAD or other CAD software.
-   Experience supporting manufacturing, production planning, or commercial joinery operations.
-   Previous experience supporting Australian or New Zealand construction or joinery projects is highly advantageous.
