We are looking for an experienced **Supply Chain & Export Operations Coordinator** to support the day-to-day supply chain and export operations of an Australian-based client in the natural health/FMCG space.

The ideal candidate will have **direct experience working for a honey, Mānuka honey, bee products, food-export, or natural-health business**, ideally one that exports products to international markets such as the **US, Australia, or New Zealand**.

This role is best suited to someone who understands the end-to-end process of getting products from suppliers and warehouses through to customers and international markets, and who can confidently coordinate shipments, inventory, orders, and logistics partners.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Coordinate **domestic and international shipments**, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
-   Liaise with **freight forwarders, 3PL providers, couriers, warehouses, and transport partners**.
-   Track shipments and proactively follow up on delays, issues, and delivery exceptions.
-   Manage **purchase orders, customer orders, inventory records, and replenishment requirements**.
-   Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to help prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
-   Prepare and maintain **shipping, export, customs, and other required documentation**.
-   Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products are available and ready for shipment.
-   Resolve shipment, inventory, order, and delivery issues efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate supply chain and shipment records across relevant systems.
-   Provide regular updates on inventory, orders, shipments, and potential supply risks.
-   Support continuous improvement of supply chain and export processes.

## Requirements

### Highly Desirable

-   Experience working with a business similar to **Manukora** or another premium honey/natural-health brand.
-   Experience exporting to the **US, Australia, or New Zealand**.
-   Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, food, wellness, or natural-health products.
-   Experience working with international suppliers and logistics partners.
-   Experience supporting a growing business with multiple products/SKUs.

### What We're Looking For

**Direct honey/Mānuka honey experience is significantly more important than generic supply chain experience.**

We are specifically looking for candidates who understand the type of supply chain environment involved in **premium honey, natural-health, food, or similar export businesses**. Candidates with strong generic supply chain backgrounds but no relevant honey, food-export, or natural-health experience may not be the best fit.
