## Description

Position: Social Media / CRM & Automation Specialist

Salary: PHP 90,000 to PHP 100,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Working Hours & Conditions Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and highly capable Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist to support both companies and other applications across social media marketing, content creation, CRM implementation, and lead generation systems.

This is a hybrid role combining creative marketing execution with technical CRM and automation strategy. The ideal candidate will be confident building marketing systems from the ground up while also managing day-to-day content and campaign execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management & Content Creation (Primary Focus)**

-   Manage and grow company social media platforms, primarily LinkedIn and Instagram
-   Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
-   Create engaging content including graphics, carousel posts, and short-form videos
-   Execute paid advertising campaigns across social platforms
-   Assist with video editing and AI-assisted content creation where applicable
-   Monitor engagement, analytics, and content performance

**CRM & Marketing Automation**

-   Lead implementation and setup of a CRM and marketing automation platform
-   Recommend and manage systems such as HubSpot or similar enterprise-level CRM tools (does not need to be hubspot but must be a reputable well-known software)
-   Build and optimise automated email marketing workflows and customer journeys
-   Create lead nurturing sequences and campaign automations
-   Develop scalable systems and processes for long-term growth

**Lead Generation & Outreach**

-   Support lead generation initiatives through social media and outbound prospecting
-   Conduct research and data scraping to identify target prospects
-   Organise and maintain clean lead databases
-   Assist with outreach campaign setup and optimisation

**Marketing Strategy & Growth**

-   Help shape the overall digital marketing strategy across both brands
-   Identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and lead conversion
-   Support ongoing testing and optimisation of campaigns and systems
-   Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and reporting

## Requirements

**Tools & Platforms**

-   **LinkedIn & Instagram (primary platforms)**
-   **CRM & automation systems (HubSpot or similar preferred)**
-   **Email marketing platforms**
-   **Canva, Adobe, or AI-assisted design/content tools**
-   **Video editing tools (desirable)**

**Key Requirements**

-   **At least 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing and social media management**
-   **Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows**
-   **Experience with tools such as HubSpot or similar to build from ground up**
-   Ability to manage content calendars and execute consistent campaigns
-   Strong organisational and communication skills
-   Comfortable working independently and building systems from scratch

**Desirable**

-   **Experience working in technology, SaaS, or app development industries**
-   **Video editing skills or experience using AI tools for content creation**
-   Familiarity with lead generation and outbound prospecting workflows
-   Paid social media advertising experience
