**Position:** DIGITAL DESIGNER

**Salary range**: up to Php 100,000 Philippine Peso _(The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)_

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday following 10am-7pm NZDT (6am-3pm Philippine Standard Time)

**Work set-up:** 100% Remote work (Independent Contractor Agreement)

**Holidays**: New Zealand Public Holidays

### OVERVIEW

You will be joining a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency that specializes in social media, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing. The team works with a diverse portfolio of clients—primarily within the **wellness and lifestyle space**—delivering design-led campaigns that drive engagement and performance.

As a **Digital Designer**, you will play a key role in producing high-quality, conversion-focused assets across social media, paid ads, and email marketing. This position requires a strong eye for detail, the ability to translate creative briefs into polished outputs, and the flexibility to adapt across different brands and industries in a remote, fast-paced environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Design social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn (static posts, carousels, stories, and ad creatives)
-   Produce high-performing paid ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and similar platforms
-   Design and build email campaigns and templates using Klaviyo
-   Create EDM assets optimized for engagement and conversion
-   Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats, placements, and channels
-   Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
-   Collaborate with marketing and creative teams in an asynchronous workflow
-   Maintain organized files and efficient asset management practices

### **Required Tools & Software**

-   Canva (advanced proficiency)
-   Figma (component-based design and collaboration)
-   Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required)
-   Klaviyo (email design and template development)

## Requirements

### **Core Skills & Experience**

-   Strong understanding of platform-specific design for social media
-   Experience creating **paid advertising creatives** (Meta Ads, Google Display, or similar)
-   Proven experience in **Klaviyo / EDM design and execution**
-   Strong attention to typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
-   Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal revisions
-   Experience working remotely or within an agency setup
-   Effective time management and ability to handle multiple deliverables
-   Ability to adapt design styles across brands, particularly within wellness and lifestyle sectors
