We are seeking a **skilled and detail-oriented QA Specialist** **(Automation & Manual Tester)** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications and software products. You’ll play a key role in designing and executing **manual and automated test cases**, identifying bugs and areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.  
  
**Position:** QA Specialist (Automation & Manual Tester)

**Salary:** PHP 124,000 – PHP 186,000, depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and execute **manual and automated test cases** to ensure software quality.
-   Identify, document, and track defects, issues, and areas for improvement.
-   Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
-   Perform **functional, regression, integration, and performance testing** across web applications and software products.
-   Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
-   Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
-   Ensure that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
-   Stay up to date with testing tools, techniques, and best practices.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-   2-3 years of proven experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or similar role in software testing.
-   Strong knowledge of **manual testing processes** and methodologies.
-   Experience with **automated testing tools** such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
-   Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) for automation.
-   Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web application architecture.
-   Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
-   Excellent communication skills for documenting defects, test cases, and QA reports.
