### **Responsibilities**

-   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Large Class Diesel Trucks
-   Perform preventative maintenance, routine service, and mechanical repairs
-   Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, electronic, drivetrain, and mechanical systems
-   Use diagnostic tools and technology to accurately identify equipment issues
-   Complete repairs efficiently, accurately, and to our customer's high standards
-   Communicate equipment issues, repair recommendations, and job status with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman
-   Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
-   Deliver a high level of workmanship and customer service on every job

## Requirements

## **What We're Looking For**

We welcome technicians with **all levels of experience**. If you have the mechanical ability, willingness to learn, and desire to build a career, we'd like to meet you.

**Basic Qualifications:**

-   Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
-   Experience with construction or heavy equipment preferred
-   Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical/electronic systems, and drivetrains
-   Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
-   Professional attitude and strong work ethic
-   Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
-   Desire to continue learning and stay current with advances in equipment and repair technology
-   CDL is a **plus**, but not required
