**POSITION SUMMARY:**

The Analyst, Sustainability Programs supports the execution of Newtrient’s customer-driven conservation projects through hands-on coordination, data collection, and development of project deliverables across multiple implementation initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting farm-level assessment activities, preparing inputs for reports and recommendations, and ensuring timely execution of operational components across projects.

The Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining day-to-day project momentum by managing logistics, organizing data and materials, and supporting the production of deliverables that inform farmer-facing sustainability solutions in the dairy sector.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

-   Support execution of farm-level environmental programs (e.g., RCPP, DFA AMP, and related initiatives), including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring all activities align with program workplans and deliverables. Provide logistical and administrative support to maintain smooth execution of field-level and farmer-facing activities.
-   Support development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials to support analysis and reporting. Assist with on-farm sustainability assessments and preparation of recurring program inputs and data summaries.
-   Support updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries of on-farm practices and solutions to support internal review and farmer-facing materials.
-   Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetings.
-   Provide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
-   Support routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News and related communications materials as directed.

## Requirements

**Education & Experience**: 

-   Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field 0–2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination preferred. Exposure to or interest in dairy systems, agricultural sustainability, or environmental performance tracking is highly desirable

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: 

-   Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations
-   Strong analytical and writing skills
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-   Detail-oriented with strong sense of commitment, willingness to learn more, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment; strong alignment with agricultural and farmer-facing work

**New Hire Salary Range**\--$58,300-$65,000 annually. This is a salary range that Newtrient believes, at the time of this posting, that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
