## Description

**40 hours/week Monday to Thursday: 3-day weekends**

**First shift available: 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM**

**Tasks:**

-   Help prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and apply appropriate pre-treatment chemicals.
-   Load and unload products onto the coating line, ensuring proper spacing and alignment.
-   Apply the powder coat, ensuring proper coverage and adhesion.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience as a powder coat painter (1 year minimum)
-   Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
-   Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-   Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
-   Ability to lift and move objects as needed
-   Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
