**As R&D Engineer**

You will work within an enthusiastic team of a leading and innovative shipping company with the scope to participate to several maritime R&D projects.

As a part of your role, you will:

-   participate in **new buildings plan approval process**
-   be involved in the reporting process within the scope of various initiatives
-   review of class records for pre purchase surveys

-   communicate with makers, classification societies and NB shipyards in the context of R&D projects/NB projects

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate should have**

-   Degree in Naval Architecture/Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
-   Previous solid experience in a similar role within a shipping company, marine technical research consultants, classes
-   Experience with technical projects
-   Availability for travelling and visiting vessels
-   Fluency in English language
