Looking for a maintenance job where you can use your skills, stay busy, and work on real industrial equipment? D&L LLC is hiring an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to support our Apple Grove, WV operation!

You’ll work in an industrial environment helping keep equipment, HVAC systems, and facility operations running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, fixing things the right way, and seeing the results of their work.

### Responsibilities

-   Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems
-   Troubleshoot mechanical, HVAC, and electrical-related issues
-   Diagnose problems and determine the best course of action for repairs
-   Assist with equipment installation, repairs, shutdowns, and general maintenance
-   Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work
-   Work safely while maintaining a clean and organized work area
-   Respond to maintenance needs and help minimize equipment downtime
-   Work as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently

## Requirements

-   3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
-   Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
-   Experience reading wiring diagrams for HVAC service diagnostics.
-   Experience using meters for HVAC service diagnostics.
-   Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
-   Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
-   Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls is a plus.
-   Hands-on experience servicing chillers, air handlers, and air systems is a plus.
-   Experience with general building automation controls, including systems such as Trane, Carrier, and York, is a plus.
-   EPA Universal License
-   Valid Driver's License
-   Eligible to work in the United States.
