D&L LLC is looking for **Sheet Metal Mechanics** to join our **Blytheville, AR Sheet Metal shop!**

You'll be part of the team building and preparing sheet metal components used on commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This is a hands-on shop position where your experience, attention to detail, and ability to read plans and work with your tools matter.

If you've worked in **sheet metal fabrication, HVAC installation, ductwork, construction, or a similar trade**, we'd like to talk to you!

**What You’ll Do!**

-   Fabricate and assemble commercial and industrial HVAC sheet metal
-   Build ductwork and other sheet metal components
-   Read drawings, plans, and measurements
-   Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, form, and assemble materials
-   Work with a variety of sheet metal materials and equipment
-   Prepare fabricated pieces for installation
-   Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the fabrication process
-   Follow safety procedures and keep the shop organized
-   Work with experienced sheet metal and HVAC professionals as part of a team

## Requirements

**What We’re Looking For:**

(Sheet metal experience is preferred, but we're willing to talk to the right person)

-   Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Journeyman/Installer (commercial experience preferred)
-   Ability to field measure ductwork and create cut sheets for fabrication
-   Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean record (no DUI’s in last 3 years)
-   Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
