About the role

-   Scale paid marketing campaigns while keeping CAC/ACV in check.
-   Own one of the biggest budgets at Darwin AI—your results will define how much it grows.
-   Launch experiments across countries, regions, languages, channels, and formats.  
    Test fast. Learn faster. Automate everything.
-   Analyze campaign data deeply to uncover insights and continuously improve lead quality and ROI.
-   Design, launch, and automate B2B paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and TikTok.
-   Build smart systems for bidding, targeting, and reporting—so campaigns run smoother and scale better.
-   Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad formats. Automate the analysis. Double down on what works.
-   Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and engineering. Performance marketing is a team sport here.
-   Implement tracking and attribution frameworks using Google Analytics, CRM tools, UTMs, and dashboards. Everything measured. No guesswork.
-   Stay ahead of the curve—explore new trends in AI marketing, automation, and paid media.
-   Manage freelancers and external talent to boost speed and scale.

## Requirements

-   3+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics, or marketing automation  
    (ideally in B2B or SaaS environments)
-   Background in Industrial Engineering or similar quantitative/technical fields
-   Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics:  
    CAC, Payback Period, MRPA/ARPA/ACV, Maturity Curves, Cohort Analysis, Churn (early/late), MQL/SQL/PQL
-   Proven experience running campaigns on:  
    LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads  
    (+ demand gen through data-first strategies)
-   Data mindset:  
    Fluent with Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau
-   Solid engineering + analytics skills  
    Able to automate analysis, uncover insights, and turn them into results
-   Hands-on with:  
    A/B testing frameworks, retargeting, dynamic segmentation, automation flows
-   Open to travel between São Paulo and Buenos Aires  
    (up to 2 weeks/month depending on where you’re based)
