Looking to kick-start your career in tech—but not in traditional software development? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialised team working at the intersection of **Microsoft 365, information governance, and automation**.

As a graduate in Datacom’s **Information Management & Productivity Solutions (IMPS)** team, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering solutions that help organisations manage information, improve compliance, and work smarter.

- Assisting with information architecture (site structures, metadata, taxonomy)
- Configuring Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps)
- Supporting governance and compliance solutions (Purview, AvePoint Opus)
- Assisting with document migrations and data preparation
- Contributing to solution documentation, user guides, and process design
- Participating in client workshops and discovery sessions
- Supporting testing, deployment, and implementation activities
- Learning best practices in records management and information governance

**What We’re Looking For**

**Education:**

Degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Business Analysis, or similar

**Technical Exposure (nice to have):**

- SharePoint Administration

- Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps)
- Microsoft Purview / information governance tools
- Scripting (PowerShell and/or Python)
- AI tools (e.g. Copilot)
- Records management concepts

**Key Strengths:**

- Strong attention to detail, especially with structured information and documentation

- Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Collaborative team player
- Professional and confident in client-facing environments

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys **working with systems, information, and problem-solving**, and wants to build a career in **modern workplace technologies, automation, and governance**, rather than pure coding.
