## Description

Are you a recent Marketing graduate with internship experience and a passion for campaigns, content, and social media? Ready to apply your skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment?

**About the Role**

In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced proffesionals to **deliver marketing and experience solutions for Datacom’s clients**—from campaign execution to content optimisation and social engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply what you’ve learned and gain exposure to enterprise-level marketing technology and strategy.

**You’ll be involved in:**

-   Supporting the delivery of **multi-channel marketing campaigns** for clients

-   Creating and optimising **digital content** across web, email, and social platforms
-   Assisting with **social media planning, publishing, and performance tracking**
-   Using leading MarTech platforms such as **Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Sitecore, and Google tools**
-   Analysing campaign performance and contributing to **data-driven insights and recommendations**

You’ll be mentored by industry experts in **MarTech, digital experience, and customer engagement**, giving you a strong foundation to grow your career in digital marketing and consulting.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who is ready to step into a client-focused role and build on their internship experience:

-   Recent graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
-   **Previous internship or work experience in marketing** (campaigns, content, social media preferred)
-   Strong interest in **AI,** **digital marketing, customer experience, and technology**
-   A proactive learner who is curious about tools, data, and trends
-   Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
-   Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative

**About the Opportunity**

12-month Fixed Term Agreement with potential to go permanent

-   Based in our North Sydney office (minimum 3 days per week onsite)
