### About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced **Senior Consultant** with strong **ServiceNow** expertise to join us on a contract engagement based in **Hamilton**, with an immediate start.

You’ll lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a range of customers, working across design, development, configuration and testing within a consulting environment.

This role suits a hands-on consultant with strong **Customer Service Management (CSM)** expertise who can translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

### What You’ll Do

-   Develop best-practice designs and solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs.
-   Configure, develop, test and manage the technical components of ServiceNow implementations within agreed scope and timelines.
-   Work closely with architects and cross-functional teams to enhance features and improve customer adoption and value.
-   Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing guidance throughout implementation.
-   Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and responsive delivery.
-   Share your ServiceNow expertise, mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal learning sessions.

### What You’ll Bring

-   Strong hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations in a consulting environment.
-   A proficient understanding of **ServiceNow CSM** products, services and capabilities, or comparable solutions.
-   **Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM and/or CSM.**
-   Experience working in customer service management or customer experience environments.
-   Development and/or consulting experience with enterprise SaaS solutions.
-   Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
-   The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
