**What You’ll Do:**

-   IT Technicians deliver **Level 2 triage and onsite support** for Systems, Network, and Telecom.
-   Plan, install, and maintain **personal computer systems**—both new and existing.
-   Collaborate with end users to assess hardware/software needs and deliver tailored solutions.
-   Manage and maintain a **spare parts inventory** for desktops, laptops, and endpoint peripherals.
-   Install and update hardware and software across the organization.
-   IT Technicians train users on equipment and software to ensure confident, efficient use.
-   Work on **moderately complex applications** and contribute to continuous tech improvement.

-   Experience in desktop support, hardware/software installation, and network fundamentals.

## Requirements

**Education:**

-   Associate’s degree or technical degree in a computer-related field, or equivalent work experience
-   A minimum of 2 years in an IT Technician or equivalent role

-   Strong orientation toward end-user support, with experience in Windows software and hardware

-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Teams
-   Working knowledge of:

-   Microsoft Windows operating systems
-   PC-based application software
-   Printers, networking, and telecommunications
-   Windows system hardware and peripherals

-   Skilled in using remote support tools
-   Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues, including component-level troubleshooting and repair

-   Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends as needed

-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-   Professional and personable demeanor when interacting with end users
-   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability
-   Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks promptly
