## Description

-   **Requirements & Planning:** Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate product roadmaps into well-defined requirements and managed backlogs.
-   **Agile & Scrum Support:** Support Scrum teams in achieving sprint goals, facilitate communication, and assist in coordinating team activities and task assignments.
-   **Release Management:** Assist in planning product releases and setting clear expectations for the delivery of new features.
-   **Progress Tracking:** Monitor milestones, track project progress, and report status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
-   **Risk & Change Management:** Identify potential bottlenecks or risks for escalation and support the management of changes within the project scope.
-   **Stakeholder Engagement:** Gather feedback and ensure alignment across various departments and external stakeholders.
-   **Executive Support:** Assist with specialized project tasks as required by company executives.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **2 years** of experience as a **Project Manager** or relevant.
-   Basic understanding of **AI technologies** and **web development frameworks**; familiarity with the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)**.
-   Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum); _experience with sprint ceremonies is a significant plus._
-   Fluent in spoken and written English with strong presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
-   Strong critical thinking abilities to assist in project estimation and resource planning.
-   Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
-   A background or knowledge in UX/UI design or development.
