## Description

We're looking for a Fire Protection Designer who's ready to take on more complex projects and more ownership. You're hungry to grow into bigger scope, deeper client relationships, and eventually a leadership path if that's the direction you want to take.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Build hydraulic calculations and job specifications that hold up
- Keep projects on track and on timeline, working independently more than you have before
- Partner with Project Managers on cost estimation, budgets, and margins
- Get out to job sites to scope projects from the ground up
- Solve design problems as they come up, because they always do
- Lead coordination meetings, sometimes solo
- Mentor our Fire Protection Designer I team members when they've got questions
- Be a go to resource for our Sprinkler Fitters in the field

**Our Culture**

We believe in being humble, hungry, and smart, not as a poster on the wall, but as how we actually work. Humble enough to ask questions and take feedback. Hungry enough to push for the next challenge. Smart enough to read a room and know how to work well with people.

Our core values guide everything we do:

- Customer Focused
- Excellence
- Family
- Forward Thinking
- Giving Back
- Work Hard, Play Hard

- Eligibility to work in the United States
- NICET Level II certification, or a willingness to obtain it while employed in the role, is a plus
