Role & Responsibilities:**

Our new venture is looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded planning leader to help build and scale our sales planning function. This role sits at the intersection of Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Sales Strategy, ensuring we have the right products available to meet customer demand while optimizing pricing, trade investments, and commercial performance.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to develop accurate demand forecasts, lead planning processes, evaluate pricing and promotional strategies, and improve gross-to-net performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining quantitative analysis with strategic decision-making and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products environment.

**Demand Planning & Forecasting**

-   Own the rolling demand forecast across all channels, incorporating seasonality, promotions, customer trends, and new product launches.
-   Lead the monthly S&OP process, partnering with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to align demand, inventory, and financial plans.
-   Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities to optimize inventory, service levels, and business performance.

**Revenue Growth Management**

-   Develop pricing, trade investment, and promotional strategies that drive profitable growth and optimize gross-to-net performance.
-   Analyze customer profitability, product mix, pricing, and trade spend to improve commercial decision-making and investment ROI.

**Commercial Planning & Analytics**

-   Support annual operating plans through demand forecasting, revenue planning, pricing assumptions, and financial modeling.
-   Build executive dashboards and business reviews that translate complex data into actionable insights.
-   Improve planning processes, reporting, and cross-functional planning capabilities as David continues to scale.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Planning, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related analytical roles within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
-   Experience participating in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
-   Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and commercial planning.
-   Experience with pricing strategy, trade investment management, gross-to-net analysis, customer profitability, or revenue management is highly preferred.
-   Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and executive reporting.
-   Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
-   Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

-   Salary: $160,000-$210,000 per year, inclusive of bonus.
