## Description

Join our friendly, guest-focused team and help deliver safe, welcoming and reliable transport services across our Darwin properties. We’re looking for a professional and personable **Guest Shuttle Driver** to provide seamless airport transfers and support our hotel operations with exceptional service.

### **About the Role**

As the **Guest Shuttle Driver**, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, offering a warm Territory welcome and ensuring safe and timely transport. This role is responsible for scheduled and on-demand guest transfers between the hotel and Darwin International Airport, maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle, and delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.

### **What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Provide safe, courteous transport for guests between the hotel and Darwin International Airport
-   Assist guests with luggage handling and offer a welcoming introduction to the property
-   Maintain a clean, presentable, and roadworthy shuttle vehicle at all times
-   Communicate professionally with front office and duty teams regarding transfer schedules
-   Complete basic vehicle checks, sign-in/out sheets, refuelling logs, and incident reports when required
-   Uphold all road safety requirements and company driving procedures
-   Represent Thyme Hospitality values through excellent customer service and local knowledge

## Requirements

-   Valid NT Driver’s Licence

-   **Current NT H Endorsement**
-   Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
-   Confidence driving a passenger van in varying weather and traffic conditions
-   Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently during transfers
-   Good communication skills and the ability to assist guests of all backgrounds
-   A commitment to safety, professionalism and guest satisfaction
