As a Team Leader, you will be the first point of contact for a team of warehouse operatives, providing day-to-day leadership, support, and direction to ensure operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.  Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will oversee daily activities, drive team performance, and foster a positive working environment where colleagues can succeed.
