## Requirements

-   **Data Literacy:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, stock levels, and forecasting trends.
-   **Tools Proficiency:** Intermediate level of Excel or Google Sheets skills (experience with LOOKUP formula, Pivot Tables, and basic data modeling).

-   **Problem Solver:** Proactive in analyzing report deviations and proposing practical action plans.
-   **Collaborator:** Strong communication skills to interact effectively with Category Managers and Team Leaders.
-   **Organized & Detail-Oriented:** Ability to manage range costing datasets and business summaries without losing accuracy.

-   Final year student or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
-   Fluent in speaking and writing in English
-   Passionate for sport
-   Available for a 6-month full-time internship

**Key Responsibilities**

-   **Economic Alignment:** Help validate business plans and align demand tactics with overall sport strategies.
-   **Inventory & Stock Piloting:** Assist in setting target inventory levels (stock norms) and monitoring sales vs. purchase summaries.
-   **Activity Reporting:** Track performance metrics, analyze demand reports, and help construct action plans to achieve team goals.
