As a Store Department Manager at Decathlon Indonesia, you will take ownership of a specific sports department, driving business growth while prioritizing excellent customer service and team development. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic commercial strategy that integrates physical and digital channels, ensuring an exceptional omnichannel experience for our customers.

This role requires leadership, operational execution, and a keen focus on sustainability and people development.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead, recruit, and develop a motivated and competent team within your department.
-   Create a safe, healthy, and inclusive working environment aligned with Decathlon's core values.
-   Develop and implement commercial strategies tailored to priority sports.
-   Leverage customer insights and data to optimize product offerings and digital engagement.
-   Maintain a best-in-class customer experience through effective merchandise presentation and sales excellence.
-   Manage inventory levels, staff scheduling, and business forecasting to meet targets.
-   Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols on a daily basis.

## Requirements

-   Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written.
-   At least 1 year of experience in retail store leadership or management related to operations and team supervision.
-   Demonstrated commercial and analytical skills with ability to plan and execute strategies.
-   Strong leadership qualities and ability to foster autonomy and responsibility within the team.
-   Willingness to work in assigned store locations across Indonesia.
