### **Your Mission**

Support the Decathlon Pro (B2B) team in delivering a fast, accurate, and reliable experience to our corporate customers by managing quotations, handling enquiries, and ensuring strong follow-through on all sales opportunities.

### **Your Responsibilities**

Sales & Quotation Execution

-   Prepare and generate B2B quotations using approved templates and pricing guidelines
-   Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quotations before sending
-   Support timely follow-up on quotations

Customer Enquiry Management

-   Respond to incoming B2B enquiries via email in a professional and timely manner
-   Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations where possible
-   Escalate complex enquiries to the sales lead when needed

Data & Process Management

-   Maintain and update Excel trackers for enquiries, quotations, and orders
-   Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented
-   Support basic reporting and pipeline tracking

  
Sales Support & Coordination

-   Assist in coordinating orders and internal follow-ups when required
-   Support outbound follow-ups when needed

## Requirements

**Must Have**

-   Comfortable working with Excel (data entry, filters, basic formulas; knowledge of VLOOKUP is an advantage)
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-   Good written communication skills
-   Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured way

**  
Good to Have**

-   Basic telemarketing or outbound calling experience

**Working Hours & Compensation**

-   Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
-   Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
-   Office: Data Lab, 220 Stadium Boulevard
-   Salary range: $13 – $16 per hour (based on experience and Excel proficiency)
