Responsibilities

Are you someone who loves seeing a design come to life? We are looking for detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as **Personalization Technicians**. You’ll be the hands-on expert turning everyday merchandise into custom masterpieces.  
Whether you are a hobbyist looking to go professional or a design student wanting practical experience, we provide the gear and the training—you bring the passion!

**What You’ll Do**

-   **Custom Printing:** Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies) and bags.
-   **Laser Engraving:** Set up and run laser machinery to engrave precise designs onto metal, wood, and various lifestyle products.
-   **Quality Control:** Ensure every piece meets our high standards for alignment, color, and finish.
-   **Maintenance:** Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery.
-   **Workflow Management:** Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

## Requirements

-   **The Basics:** A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, and file types).
-   **Tech-Friendly:** Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) and operating machinery.
-   **Hands-on Attitude:** You enjoy physical work and don't mind getting your hands a little dirty in the production process.
-   **Growth Mindset:** We provide **full training** on our specific machines, so a willingness to learn is a must!
