# SHEQ Systems Engineer > Deep Manufacturing Limited · Bristol, United Kingdom · Full-time · Posted 2026-07-03 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** Operations ## Description As a SHEQ Systems Engineer at DEEP Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in the administration and maintenance of our integrated management system (IMS), covering Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety standards. You will work closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately. Your primary location will be at our Avonmouth facility, however, from time to time you may be required to travel to other facilities within our portfolio. ## Requirements ### Roles & Responsibilities •        Maintaining the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). •        Planning and conducting internal audits across quality, environmental and health & safety scopes. •        Creating quality control plans and conducting product quality inspections. •        Auditing and assessing supply chain members against quality, environmental and H&S requirements. •        Support the SHEQ Manager with external (certification) audits. •        Interaction with external parties (customers and suppliers) for quality, environmental and H&S related information. •        Supporting the identification and management of environmental aspects/impacts and H&S risk assessments. •        Supporting incident, accident and near-miss investigation and reporting. •        Reporting of key business, quality, environmental and safety metrics. •        Conducting integrated management system reviews. •        Control and management of documented information, change and non-conformance. •        Work to achieve continual improvement activities across the IMS. ### Minimum Qualifications and Experience •        Minimum 3 years of SHEQ/QA experience within a manufacturing industry – knowledge of welding is desirable. •        In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Internal auditing certification and experience is required. •        Previous experience working within an integrated management system covering quality, environmental and health & safety. •        Proficient in computer skills, including SharePoint, MS Office applications and familiarity with document management software. •        Strong organisational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively. •        Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. •        Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. •        Ready and able to undertake hands-on activities should the task dictate. •        Willingness to embrace continuous learning and adapt to new procedures and technologies. ## Benefits **Salary –** Competitve **Bonus –** Performance related bonus scheme **Pension -** 9% employer contribution with an optional employee contribution **Annual Leave –** 25 days, plus statutory holidays **Who we are** DEEP Manufacturing, based in Avonmouth (Bristol) offers advanced manufacturing capabilities and expertise in large-format metal additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping and material testing.
