## Description

We are seeking a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support. Experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches, is highly desirable.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments.
-   Manage cloud resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations.
-   Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
-   Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively address issues.
-   Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues.
-   Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.
-   Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls.
-   Assist in the administration of FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure.
-   Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
-   Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
-   Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
-   Banking experience is plus
-   3–5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support.
-   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud.
-   Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services.
-   Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies.
-   Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
-   Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate firewalls and/or FortiSwitches.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and documentation skills.
