## Description

We are looking for an experienced **IAM Senior Consultant** with strong expertise in **Identity & Access Management (IAM)** and hands-on experience with **SailPoint** solutions. The role will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, implement, and support **IAM solutions** using SailPoint.
-   Manage **user identities, access rights, roles, and permissions**.
-   Configure and maintain **SailPoint IdentityIQ**.
-   Support identity lifecycle management, including **joiner, mover, and leaver** processes.
-   Implement and manage **access certification and access governance** processes.
-   Troubleshoot IAM issues and provide technical support.
-   Work with business and technical teams to define access requirements.
-   Support IAM integrations with enterprise applications and directories.
-   Ensure IAM solutions follow security and compliance requirements.
-   Prepare technical documentation and support project implementation.

## Requirements

-   **6+ years of experience** in IAM / Identity & Access Management.
-   Strong hands-on experience with **SailPoint IdentityIQ**.
-   Experience in **identity lifecycle management and access governance**.
-   Good understanding of authentication, authorization, roles, and access controls.
-   Experience working with enterprise applications and directories.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

### Nice to Have

-   Experience with other **IGA/IAM products**.
-   SailPoint certifications.
-   Experience with enterprise IAM implementation projects.
