## Description

We are looking for a **Nexthink DEX Expert** to manage and support the **Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform** across enterprise customer environments.

The role will be responsible for the **design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support** of the Nexthink platform, ensuring effective monitoring and improvement of the digital employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

-   Design and implement Nexthink DEX solutions across enterprise environments.
-   Administer and maintain the Nexthink platform.
-   Optimize Nexthink configurations and platform performance.
-   Monitor and support the Digital Employee Experience environment.
-   Support enterprise customers in utilizing Nexthink capabilities effectively.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve Nexthink-related issues.
-   Continuously optimize the platform to improve the overall digital employee experience.
-   Provide technical support and guidance related to Nexthink DEX.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience working with **Nexthink** and **Digital Employee Experience (DEX)** platforms.
-   Hands-on experience in **Nexthink design, implementation, administration, optimization, and support**.
-   Experience working within **enterprise customer environments**.
-   Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
-   Ability to manage and optimize Nexthink environments independently
